Me.

First thirteen years of education and upbringing transpired in the guiding light and inspiration of teachers and facilitators at the Mirambika School, Delhi, Sri Aurobindo Ashram.  Growing up in a free progress, Integral Education environment defined the rest of the terrestrial journey and found precise and clear purpose in whatever one did and is currently doing.

Sixteen years  (1997-2013) in the business-corporate, Consulting space gave a wider and a deeper insight into dynamics and interplay of people with systems, processes and business objectives. From following orders and focusing on key result areas (KRAs) to leading teams to achieve goals brought about a sense of clarity in the fact that everything need to be ‘aligned’, from what one is, one’s innate tendencies, aptitude, interest to what one is doing as ‘work’ . From Svadharma to Svabhava to Karma, all must be aligned as one integral expression of what one is.

In 2013, I made a deliberate and conscious decision to transition into full-time dedication to a lifelong pursuit of education. It became unmistakably clear that if there's one thing truly worthy of wholehearted commitment, it is education—a conviction deeply rooted in my upbringing during the critical first thirteen years of my life. This understanding is akin to the adage 'what one shall sow, that one shall reap.' Despite the challenges posed by government laws, board regulations, and a lack of willingness among some teachers and school leaders to embrace necessary change, working with schools and educators was personally fulfilling. Amidst these challenges, I encountered some individuals with a genuine willingness to make a difference, and the smiles on the faces of the children made it all worthwhile.
